OpenTS installer

1. Includes Compute Cluster Pack SDK, and installs it if it was not installed before.
2. Tests OpenTS operability immediately after installation. This test is passed in several phases:
   • builds a simple T-program;
   • runs an output executable;
   • checks the result;
3. Integrates OpenTS with Visual Studio development environment (of any edition), that allows development and debugging of T-applications inside the Visual Studio IDE.
